REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every Black Forged ring is built to last a lifetime. If something 
isn't right, we'll make it right. No excuses, no runaround.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS — FREE RETURN & REPLACEMENT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED
If your ring arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, 
we replace it free of charge. We cover all shipping costs, both 
ways. No forms to justify, no questions asked. This is backed by 
our lifetime warranty.

WRONG SIZE — FREE EXCHANGE
Ring doesn't fit? We'll exchange it for your correct size at no 
extra cost for the ring itself. You only cover the shipping costs 
for returning the ring and for sending your new size. The ring must 
be unworn and in its original condition. Tip: check our Ring Size 
Guide before ordering to get it right the first time.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Changed your mind? You have the right to return your order within 
14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We refund the full 
purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days 
of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are your 
responsibility. The ring must be unworn and returned in its original 
packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email us at info@blackforgedjewelry.nl with your order number and the 
   reason for your return (defect, size exchange, or withdrawal).
2. For defects, include a photo of the issue so we can speed things up.
3. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and 
   next steps.
